After 22 years of bookkeeping for others, raising my twins and watching them work so hard through college, I decided to go back to school and become a certified licensed public bookkeeper and open my own business. I have always loved numbers, solving problems and coming up with the right answer, so bookkeeping is a natural fit for me.
Not everyone has the patience or desire to deal with numbers and finances, so that's where I come in. Let me do that for you. Let me Balance Your Books and Your Life by taking on that task for you so you can concentrate on your business and/or your personal affairs. I like order and getting everything balanced to the penny. Whether you are a business owner or an individual, I'm here to help you and I look forward to working with you.
One of my first jobs was a paper route. I not only delivered the paper but had to collect payments. I was accountable for the money, making sure it balanced to the penny. Whether I started out as a receptionist in a dental office which let to patient insurance billing and accounts receivables or a cashier at a car dealership, being promoted to the accounts payable/accounts receivable clerk. I have always been drawn to numbers. I also worked for a nonprofit organization, Bishop Mule Days Celebration in Bishop, CA. I started out as office help, but then was given the position of Sponsor Coordinator. I was in charge of current standing Sponsor's contracts as well as getting new sponsors on board to help support and fund the annual event. I collected, tracked and allocated all Sponsor funds.
